I am the original owner from August 2001, and have never developed it.
I have used a couple email addresses only, as private communication.
I don't prefer brokers but if an offer is tendered I will consider it.
Offers should be from $7,800 to $31,800 as that is the appraisal range.
I don't recommend the minimum but it could happen if other offers fall through.
